Healing from Trauma – Kundalini Yoga Therapy Series

Every Monday 6:30pm-7:45pm through October 16th, we will focus on HEALING the trauma, anxiety, fear, shock and anger caused by the stress of these times.
Classes will include:
- Kundalini Yoga & Meditation to heal crisis
- Gong Therapy to soothe the parasympathetic nervous system
- Essential oils to calm and uplift
- Everyone is welcome
- Drop-ins are welcome
- If it is easier to pay up front for the series (rather than individually for each class), register here:
- Doors open at 6
- Wear comfortable clothing
- No yoga mats, please
