Oct 6th –
Everything in our Universe is made purely of vibrations, resonating with its own signature frequency.
Vibrational sound touches our bodies on a molecular and crystalline level. Each individual resonates at their own vibration. You may feel the effects in one section of your body more deeply, but the vibrational sound will also travel throughout your entire energy field. The human body is made up of energy and we all vibrate at different frequencies. When out of rhythm, disease and disharmony result. Vibrational sound healing addresses these imbalances or blockages of the energy channels.
Through an immersive experience of gong and crystal bowl therapy, we invite you to relax, let go, and bliss out!
More information on Gongs & Crystal Bowls
“The GONG is the sound of the universe…a beautiful reinforced vibration. It is like a multitude of strings, as if you played with a million strings. The gong is the only tool with which you can produce this combination of space vibrations.”
~ Yogi Bhajan“Each CRYSTAL BOWL is made of 98.9% silicon quartz. One reason why the pure tones vibrate our body is that it has a natural affinity to quartz. The human body is composed of many crystalline substances – the bones, blood and DNA are crystalline in structure, as well as the liquid crystal-colloidal structure of the brain. Even on a molecular level, our cells contain silica, which balances our electromagnetic energies.”
~ Renee Brodie, Author of Healing Tones of Crystal Bowls
The combination of crystal bowls and gongs create a synergy of sound that relaxes the body, balances the nervous system, encourages the mind to let go, and drift into a deep space of mediation.
What to expect:
- Don’t expect anything… be open to the experience…yours will be unique.
- Everyone’s experience is different: some may drop immediately into sleep, some might experience moments of emotional/mental clearing – memories, thoughts, visions, grief, happiness, bliss, irritation, peace…ride the waves of sound vibration…feel where it takes you.
- Once the mind and nervous system begin to relax, deep healing is possible.
- Allow the vibration of the sound current sweep you away into a world of bliss, of shuniya, of oneness.

Kristine Flaherty – Crystal Bowl & Reiki Healer, Kundalini Yoga Teacher
Kristine Flaherty/Hari Shabad, (Song of God) is a certified International Kundalini Yoga Instructor, a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master, and Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Practitioner. Her humor and commitment to non-judgment provides a safe place for all to explore, break boundaries, and release layers of physical, emotional, and psychic energy. Her sound/energy sessions support healing of all kinds.
In 2009, Kristine’s son (7yrs) was diagnosed with epilepsy. While she was finally glad to know the cause of his seizures and behavior/learning issues, she was also concerned about the effects the medications were having on his body.
Kristine started researching things that would help heal the brain, make the brain stronger and that would support the body while taking these medications. Through her research she found several things that made a difference including SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy), Body Talk, New Decision Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki and Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
Several years latter, Kristine’s son no longer takes medication and continues to progress. There is no way of knowing if these “alternative” healing methods “cured” her son, but what she does know is that they did make an impact on his healing and continue to help him improve and grow.
This experience with her son changed her path from teaching dance to teaching Reiki and playing Crystal Singing bowls.
Kristine has worked with children with Downs Syndrome, adults with dementia and alzheimer’s, people that have had head trauma, severe back pain and people that just wanted to increase their energy and “feel better”.
Kristine knows what a difference both Reiki and sound can have in a persons life. She has seen it and experienced it first hand. She understands that both Reiki and Crystal Singing Bowls help to activate the natural healing process of the mind and body because both can help to restore physical and emotional well-being. All people can benefit from this work!
